WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY.
Many people get confused, worried or concerned about Hypnosis. Hypnosis is just a level of relaxation where you,
as the client, will enter and that level of relaxation can vary throughout the session. Hypnosis is just like
Meditation and in fact it is a slight shift of consciousness that we may go into hundreds every day.
For example:
Have you ever been engrossed in a movie, a book or driven the car to a familiar place, but didn’t remember all the
indications, turns and how you got there? This is the same slight shift of consciousness that happens in Hypnosis.
Using Hypnosis for therapy (Hypnotherapy) is not the same as a Stage Hypnotist. You maybe concerned about going
“under” in Hypnosis because you have seen Stage Hypnotist’s on TV. When you us Hypnosis for therapy, you as a
client are always IN CONTROL. At any point during in the session you are able to open your eyes and speak, however
this is not advised as you bring yourself out of the subconsciousness mind and back to the consciousstate of being.
Clients come for a Regression session for one of two reasons:
A) They come out of curiosity and want to explore a Past Life of theirs and prove to prove to themselves that they
have existed before this current incarnation.
B) They have a problem that they wish to resolve and would like to get to the root cause of the issue.
They may been suffering from:

Hands on healing is a spiritual energy therapy in which a healer like myself will consciously use their hands in a heart centred and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I am directed by the Ascended Master Jesus and my four healing guides that show what areas need attention.
After I have conducted the healing I will give a reading based on the work I have done and the messages I have received in order to help you with your current situation.
